<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Senior Product Manager Commercial Lighting will function as a general manager of their product category.  They will provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional groups and be responsible for the P&L of the product category. The Senior Product Manager Commercial Lighting will be expected to partner with various business / brand stakeholders, including external customers, to define business requirements, establish success criteria, and deliver product solutions to meet the market needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Product Life Cycle Management – NPD, Extension, Sustainment, and Obsolescence
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Product roadmap planning, documentation, communication, and implementation
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Product validation through various forms of quantitative and qualitative consumer research, competitive market evaluation, and documentation
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">New product development scoping and team leadership
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Forecast sales and product inventory levels
  • Cross-functional product training and support
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Price management
