Position Summary: To resolve and/or troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner, be on-call for after-hours or weekend emergencies, and perform installation work. Duties assigned will be performed in a timely manner to meet all company standards as well as any applicable Federal, State, or Local codes while aligning self to the company's mission statement and its core values.

Position Responsibilities: Types of Systems Serviced but Not Limited To: Wet Pipe Systems Dry Systems Pre-Action Systems Deluge Systems Fire Pumps Fire Hydrants Dry and Wet Standpipe Systems Diagnose and repair system problems, including but not limited to: Locate source cause(s) and identify resulting trouble conditions. Determine appropriate action Troubleshoot or repair source cause(s) Alleviate all resulting trouble conditions. Perform confidence test(s) to verify correct function system-wide. Installation of fire protection systems, include but not limited to: Perform installation, takeover, or retrofit per design. Interface sprinkler system with fire alarm system or monitoring device. Perform acceptance tests on all equipment and systems to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local codes. Complete and submit all paperwork; submit daily and at conclusion of job. Deliver outstanding customer service including but not limited to: Resolve customer complaints. Ensure all customer contact is professional and courteous. Communicate job status, problems and/or changes to customer. Maintain company standards and ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday through Friday On call Overtime

Work Location: Multiple Location - Varies based on customers

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education: High School or Equivalent (Required)

License/Certifications: NICET Certification (Preferred) Driver's License (Required)
