Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage property and electrical maintenance including air conditioning and heating, plumbing and appliances.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and equipment logistics operations, staffing and training functions to boost program effectiveness and mission readiness.
• Perform general maintenance on property units including minor electrical and plumbing.
• Check for caulking and apply where need.
• Install all new HVAC and heat pump units for the entire property.
• Co-Facilitate the coordination of activities of workers engage in maintenance and cleanliness of building.
• Direct equipment upgrades as necessary to meet OSHA safety requirements, continually demonstrating a sense of urgency for all safety-relate items.
