Roofing Service Manager

Seeking experienced Service Manager for new office managing commercial, multi-family, prof. managed, and residential property service work in Grand County. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and regularly report status of maintenance, roof inspection/repair, gutters, siding projects to clients and team. Bilingual a plus. Must have computer skills, use of timekeeping and job apps, reliable transportation and cellphone. Competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow in an in-demand industry. Salary $52-70K depending on experience.
