We are a small business seeking a full-time electrician. Electrician Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and control electrical components Analyze and diagnose electrical issues Ensure safe installation and proper installation of various electrical components and cable Communicate equipment or facility issues to supervisors as necessary Strongly adhere to all applicable safety policies and procedures Standing/walking up to 10 hours per day Bending, sitting, kneeling for extended periods of time Lifting up to 50lbs Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards Other duties as requested Benefits Competitive hourly rate. Electrician Qualifications/Skills: Previous electrical experience Electrical troubleshooting skills Strong written communication skills Basic computer literacy skills, including but not limited to: Accessing the internet Ability to problem-solve Desire to work with others Personal protective equipment provided or required A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Electrical: 1 year (Required) Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products. Use of testing equipment and hand tools. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

Education, Experience & Licensing Preferences: Up-to-date electrician’s license. Electrical Contractor, master electrician or journeyman electrician certification or Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT) apprentice registration. 2-3 years residential, commercial or industrial electrical experience. Experience with new builds, renovations and historical restoration projects. Associate’s degree in electrical technology preferred but not required. High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. Driver’s license.

Pay: $20-$50 (compensation dependent on skill level and experience)
