Project Superintendent

The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity (Military--$1-10M).  Proven familiarity and track record for Design-Build project delivery method.  The individual must be familiar with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance. Possess a Site Safety Health Officer certification.  The individual must be capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings.  Must be capable of day to day management of job site activities.  Preside over Preparatory Meetings as well as Safety Meetings.  Ensure subcontractors/vendors have corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team. Coordinate required inspections.  Maintain written Daily Reports.  Opening the jobsite at the beginning and end of each day.
