Our facilities team has a variety of schedules to ensure we exceed the needs of our customers. This position has a steady schedule and it is rare our staff is called in outside their scheduled work hours. Job Duties: A Day in the Life

 

  • Perform: Monitor, service, and repair HVAC systems
  • Propose: Ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues and come up with accurate repairs to resolve breakdowns
  • Analyze: Be able to use Building Automation Systems for HVAC
  • Provide: Required routine maintenance, service and repairs as needed, seasonal startup and shutdown, and general building repairs throughout the building
  • Collaborate: Effectively complete work orders, update work order systems and communicate with others
  • Support: Perform safety checks and participate in inspections

 

 

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

 

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.,
  • Technical or trade school preferred
  • 3 years experience in commercial HVAC and building automation systems
  • Refrigerant certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department, as well as being on your feet and walking majority of the day
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
