Traveling Superintendent  

K.J. Mirman Construction Co Inc was established in 1991 and is family owned and operated. We are currently seeking a full-time traveling Construction Superintendent to manage the construction of Retail, Office, and Restaurant projects throughout the US. (Primarily east of the Mississippi River) 

Job Type: Full-time, on-site with required travel   

Pay: Starting at $80,000 per year     

Job duties/responsibilities:   

• Responsible for coordination of construction projects (including subcontractors and suppliers) 
• Oversees completion of all aspects of on-site construction activities 
• Responsible for keeping construction projects on required timeline and within allowed budget (per plans and specifications assigned to the job) while maintaining quality standards 
• Effectively communicates with clients, landlords and building officials 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a superintendent or lead tradesman 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Basic knowledge of computers
