The POAH Clarendon Hill Bldg. E Project is being constructed at 125 Alewife Brook Parkway in
Somerville MA. It will consist of 168 affordable housing units with a below grade parking garage
and exterior improvements.

Dellbrook | JKS is seeking resumes from candidates that meet the following criteria: HUD
Section 3, Middlesex County residents who are minority, women, low to very low-income
residents of those areas connected with the construction of the POAH Clarendon Hill Bldg. E
Project.
