UTILITY CLERK • Answer main telephone line • Greet customers • Process incoming utility payments daily • Distribute daily mail • Answer and dispatch Water, Street & Electric Calls • Take park reservations • Assist with printing council books and agendas, inserts or any other materials as needed • Mail monthly utility billing • Assist with monthly disconnects • Take product inventory • Collect on inactive, unpaid utility accounts • Assist with yearly business licenses • Record keeper for city cemetery • Issue street cut permits • Complete change orders • Any other duties as assigned The salary will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications, and the benefit package includes health, dental, vision and life insurance, vacation time, sick hours and 401k Retirement Plan. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience for this position.
