Gutter Installation

Looking to hire two full-time employees for gutter installation.  Some light carpentry work is needed to perform the job.  Some experience is preferred but can train someone who is not afraid of heights and can work on a roof and ladder.  Good communication skills needed being able to deal with the public in a professional manner. There are two positions available one a Gutter Installation Foreman who will be responsible for maintaining company truck, company equipment, overseeing stocking of truck and paper work and installation of product along with time management and making production quota each month.  Second position is Gutter Installation Helper who will ride along with foreman and assist in installation of job. Will need to travel within Alabama to perform installations.

Will be working for company that has been in business since 1977.  This is a family owned and operated business.  Work vehicle is provided along with a company phone. The job is hiring at $18 per hour to start plus production bonuses.  If experienced hourly rate can be negotiable.  Health insurance coverage along with 401K benefits are offered.
